These documents apply to all Kashi Labs services — kashilabs.ai, app.kashilabs.ai, paperbrief.app, cloudbrief.app, and the corporate site at kashitechnology.com.

Draft, pending counsel review. These documents are working drafts prepared by Kashi Technologies engineering. They reflect what the platform actually does, but have not yet been reviewed by qualified legal counsel for compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), GDPR, or any other jurisdiction-specific requirements. Treat them as informative for now; we will mark them as in-force once reviewed and signed off.
